PI Files is a tabletop roleplaying game with a GM and 2-5 players.
The game is inspired by 1970s detective TV shows where private eyes take on cases that the police won't, can't or haven't.
Characters are built using three stats: Physique, Training & Experience, and Social with specially defined expertise in each.
Players have a variety of special tools to use to further define their characters and influence the dice. Need a special ability, that’s a becker. Have a cool vehicle? That’s an angel. Need to boost your chance to succeed? Spend a rockford.

This was a fun read! Love the names of the various game currencies. I think a little more guidance for putting together a case as the GM would be a huge asset.
Good idea! I will work on it. I have to correct a couple of typos so an update is already needed. The currency names are a favorite part for me and I think they feel appropriate for their namesakes!
